The Role

Wandsworth Council is recruiting two part time Arts and Culture Programme and Partnership Managers. In December 2021, Wandsworth Council adopted an ambition ten year Arts and Culture Strategy 2021-31. The strategy sets out we will be innovative, collaborative and successfully embed Arts and Culture at both the heart of Council’s work and within residents’ lives. As we move into delivering this vision, we are expanding the team to manage the different goals within the strategy.

As one of Wandsworth’s Arts and Culture Programme and Partnership Managers, you will be focussing on the delivery and rollout of specific sections of the Arts and Culture Strategy 2021-2031. We are seeking two experienced and dynamic arts professionals to join the team and lead on at least two of the goals outlined in the strategy.

We would particularly welcome experience in:

  • How we champion access for all in every aspect of our work

We welcome a job share arrangement with a view of matching skills and experience to outlined goals. Each part time role would consist of 18 hours per week.

The successful candidates will join a proactive and award-winning Arts Service, within a borough that prides itself on delivering a wide range of creative opportunities for everyone living, working and visiting the borough. For more details on the work already happening in the borough visit Wandsworth Council’s Arts section, Wandsworth Arts Fringe and Wandsworth Art.

To apply for this role: you will be asked to include your work history and a supporting statement to demonstrate your ability and experience of delivering against at least two of the Arts and Culture Strategy Goals.
