The Role

Required September 2021

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Assistant Headteacher to join our vibrant and dedicated staff.  You will be part of a team of Assistant Headteachers working directly to the Headteacher.  You will be required to take the lead for one the key phases EYFS, KS1 or KS2 as well as leading on a key subject area across the school.

You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner who is talented and inspirational, who leads by example, motivates and inspires others and can make a significant individual contribution to Paxton journey or improvement.  You will have a proven track record of raising standards and be able to lead teaching and learning across the school.  This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of an innovative leadership team, within a small but growing Multi Academy Trust with a National Teaching School, Maths Hub, English and Early Years Hubs.
