The Role

The salary is based on working 36 hours per week/39weeks per year during Term Time

Applicants will need to start at 8:00 am at the latest.

The post holder will work closely with the Pupil Support Manager, Admissions Officer and Deputy Headteacher [KS3], as the first point of call for receiving and monitoring attendance across the school.  The post holder will implement the schools attendance policy; following up on pupil absences and providing reports to line managers and Senior Leadership Team as directed.

As well as being a highly organised administrator you will be able to work in a methodical manner to ensure the accurate recording of data as well as demonstrating a positive attitude to actively promote the attendance, safeguarding and welfare of our pupils.

Experience of working in a busy school environment, knowledge of SIMS and a high level of ICT skills are desirable, as is the ability to work collaboratively across a number of departments.
