COVER SUPERVISOR

This is a great opportunity to join our school as we build upon our continuing success and excellence.

Our Cover Team are vital in providing effective cover and continuity of lessons for our students in cases of short-term and unforeseen absences of classroom teachers.  You will be highly organised and passionate about working with pupils, have excellent communication skills and a good classroom presence as well as competent ICT and administrative skills.

A high standard of numeracy and literacy is essential and working as part of a team is a key requirement as is the ability to provide in-class support and demonstrating a flexible and “will do” approach to ensure the smoothing running of the school

Applicants will have experience of working with young people in the age group 11-18, preferably gained in a school environment similar to Graveney School.
