The Role

30 hours a week (9.00 am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday)
Term time only plus INSET days

Honeywell Infant School is a popular oversubscribed school situated between Wandsworth and Clapham Common. We are looking for a talented individual to join our friendly and supportive staff. 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an excellent Teaching Assistant to join our successful team. You should be creative and caring with a commitment to high quality early years education, with the ability to make learning fun. If you have experience working with young children and are keen to work in partnership with parents and colleagues, have good communication skills and are passionate about your work please come and have a look round.

The successful candidate will assist the staff in the organisation and management of the children and work closely with small groups both inside the classroom and in the large outside learning environment. 

The post would provide perfect experience for individuals who are thinking of pursuing a career in teaching at a later date. If you are enthusiastic, energetic and want to make a difference to children’s learning we would like to hear from you. Qualifications in English and Maths are essential.
