Early Years Learning Support Assistant - Linden Lodge School

The Role

Full Time (32.5 hours per week)
Working Pattern: Term Time Only (39 weeks)
Required as soon as possible

Linden Lodge School is a leading provider of education for visually-impaired children and young people aged 2 – 19 years. We have a designated centre for our Early Years pupils which is a dynamic and exciting place to work.

This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about Early Intervention. We have recently set up a partnership with a local independent nursery to expand the opportunities for our Early Years children and staff. You will be working alongside teachers of the visually impaired, therapists and parents jointly planning and implementing Early Years programmes.

The post-holder will be supporting learning, development and personal care programmes for students aged 2 – 5 years old across a department that was rated outstanding at the last OFSTED inspection in February 2017.

Applicants must possess the Cache Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator) OR be willing to undertake the qualification once in post.
