Leisure Assistant Supervisor, Full-Time (Richmond TW9)
£20,066 - £23,607pa

Where you’ll be working
You’ll join our lifeguarding team at Pools on the Park in Richmond. Facilities include indoor main and teaching pools, heated outdoor pool and grounds, fitness suite, health suite, café and two studio spaces.

The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

What you’ll be doing

Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective. Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring the facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience.

What we’ll need from you
We ask that you are National Pool Lifeguard qualified for this role. A first aid and Pool Plant qualification are also required, along with some relevant experience. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role. 

You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.

£20,066 - £23,607pa (starting salary according to qualifications and experience).
