The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Planning and Transport Strategy service for a forward thinking and innovative Information Manager with proven experience of Local Land Charges and a track record of delivering service transformation.  We are looking for a team player with a positive attitude to complete the Councils’ Local Land Charges data improvement programme and ensure readiness for the HM Land Registry data transfer, whilst maintaining the statutory Registers of the highest quality and providing a continuous service to our customers.

You will have a positive approach, and experience in successfully identifying, introducing and managing changes designed to improve service delivery.  You will be the Councils’ expert on all Local Land Charge matters and have a clear understanding of Local Land Charges statutory requirements and relevant systems including Geographical Information Systems and be able to interpret related data.  You will have demonstrable experience of managing, training and motivating staff to achieve the team’s objectives.
