Network Management Co-ordinator

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Streetworks Network Co-Ordinator for our Network Management Team.

The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth present this unique and great opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that are responsible for reviewing the potential impact and co-ordination of Streetworks and events on the highway.

As a Streetworks Network Co-ordinator, you will need to have knowledge and experience to specifically carry out duties in accordance with the application of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA).

  • The successful candidate will have extensive experience of working within a Streetworks environment
  • A high level of understanding of the relevant legislation such as NRSWA, Highways Act, TMA etc.
  • Ability to work on their own with limited supervision and able to make decisions based on the interpretation of complex plans and information.
  • Have the ability to deliver high levels of customer service,
  • Effectively initiate, carry out and co-ordinate activities through the effective management of work programmes and traffic management plans.
  • Develop and foster partnering arrangements with internal and external stakeholders
  • Driving licence is essential
