Salary: £51,488 - £57,802 - inclusive of High Cost Area Supplement (based on 52 weeks per year)
Linden Lodge School is a leading provider of education for children and young people aged 2 – 19 years with profound and multiple learning difficulties and sensory impairment, including deaf-blindness, physical disability, and complex medical needs.
We are a growing service with a focus on integrated and evidenced-based working as well as growing our provision to meet the needs of our young people. The team is made up of 24 on site PT/OT and SLT’s working across the school to provide therapy to our pupils with the opportunity to contribute towards and support ongoing service development.
We have a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive, highly motivated team to manage and develop a child centred occupational therapy service delivering the best outcomes for sensory impaired children.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with students with a range of needs as well as significant, proven leadership and management experience. They will also have knowledge and experience of working with sensory integration.
You will be managing a team of Occupational Therapists and leading on continuous improvements within our provision. You need to be an excellent communicator, able inspire and motivate staff and build strong working relationships with both students and their families to enable them to achieve the best possible outcomes.
This is an opportunity for someone who is passionate about transforming young peoples’ lives, promoting independence and has a desire to develop their career in a Special School setting.

A SI module 2 qualification would be an advantage but funding and support for this would be made
