The Role

17 hours per week [All Year Round]
Fixed-term contract until 31 August 2019

Our reception staff are valued team members and as the first point of contact for the public you will be representing Graveney Trust. Applicants must have excellent people skills that will enable you to provide an effective “front of house” service.  You will need to be able to work calmly in a busy and demanding environment and have a flexible and organised approach to work.

The work is varied and interesting.  Applicants will have excellent communication ICT skills and have sound administrative skills, preferably gained in a busy office environment.

Hours of work will be as follows:

Monday to Thursday - 1.30 - 5.00 pm
Friday                      - 1.30 - 4.30 pm
