Policy and Improvement Analyst

The Role

Fixed term appointment to 31 March 2021

We are looking for someone enthusiastic and motivated to develop this role supporting the Head of Health and Care Strategy in the Department of Adult Social Care and Public Health. You will have experience working in either a Policy or Performance setting and have an interest in developing new skills and managing a diverse portfolio of work.

This role will provide essential analytical support to the Head of Health and Care Strategy, working on high profile programmes such as the Better Care Fund and supporting health and social care integration in both boroughs.  Forward planning is a key element of this role, you will therefore be a keen researcher and able to identify and evaluate good practice and innovative models of care delivery.  You will provide effective business intelligence through analysing quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external sources. Finally, you will be a skilled organiser and able to apply a project management approach to the health and integration programmes of Adult Social Services.
