Franciscan Primary School is an Ofsted rated ‘Good’ school and is part of the Graveney Multi Academy Trust, based in southwest London. Franciscan Primary School provides an exciting curriculum together with excellent extra-curricular provision, with the advantages of having access to Graveney School’s outstanding facilities as well as the Trust’s strength in delivering a traditional education, supported by the highest expectations with respect to behaviour.

Franciscan Primary School seeks to appoint a premises officer to oversee the day to day maintenance and security of the school. This is an integral role within the school and an exciting opportunity for a suitable candidate, who would demonstrate a good level of DIY skills and be willing to carry out some general emergency maintenance work. The role requires hands on work and therefore the candidate should be physically fit and a have a flexible “will do” work ethic. The work will require some out of hours and weekend work, on occasion in addition to the usual hours of work.
Applications for either part-time or full-time candidates will be considered, however we will need some early cover (from 6.00 am) and some late (8:00 pm) for full-time candidates, i.e. a split shift. Part-time candidates could work a continuous daily shift.
