Premises Officer - Furzedown Primary School

The Role

Full Time- 36 hours per week

All Year Round

Permanent- Required As soon as possible

If so, then we would welcome an application from experienced, dedicated, highly skilled and enthusiastic candidates.

An exciting opportunity has arisen at Furzedown Primary School for a Premises Officer to join our welcoming school community. We are looking for a hardworking, friendly and dedicated person with a range of practical skills. The successful candidate will have high standards and expectations, take pride in their work, be proactive and must also be willing to work in a fast-paced environment. There is a need to also respond and react to daily demands as well as be able to plan ahead!

You will have experience in:

  • A range of trades
  • Some DIY
  • General caretaking
  • Building maintenance
  • Security, including alarm systems
  • Cleaning work
  • Working in a team

You will also have:

  • The ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively
  • Flexibility, drive, determination and initiative
  • Commitment to ensure the children, staff and community at Furzedown have access to a highly maintained site
  • IT Skills
