Where you’ll be working
You’ll join the team at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre. Facilities here include a main pool, learner pool, fitness suite, spin studio, exercise studio and a hydrotherapy pool.  For more information on the centre, please view our website at: www.richmond.gov.uk/tpfc

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be part of our front of house team, working hard to ensure that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us.

Providing professional and friendly assistance with bookings / enquiries and welcoming visitors to the centre. Taking payments, operating a computerised till and reconciling money.

Our service operates 7 days a week and you’ll be working on a shift rota which may include a mixture of weekday earlies/lates and some weekend shifts.

What we’ll need from you

We’re looking for someone with previous admin/office experience, who has preferably worked in a customer facing role.  You’ll also need excellent communication and organisation skills. 

In addition, knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service are required. 

What we can offer you

Scale 2: £10,636 - £11,075pa plus annual performance related pay review.
