Residential Worker (Breakfast Cover) - Oak Lodge School

Phoenix House Residential Service forms an integral part of the school. We provide accommodation for a maximum of seventeen young people aged 11-19 years.
Phoenix House is looking for a Residential Worker (Breakfast Cover) to provide support for students with a wide range of needs and communication methods during breakfast shift between the hours of 7am until 8.30am. The students reside in Phoenix House for 1-4 nights a week and this post requires waking students up ready for school day, support with getting dressed and preparing breakfast for students.

We are looking for a Residential Worker (Breakfast Cover) who has excellent communication skills, with a good knowledge of D/deafness, communication difficulties, positive behaviour management and additional health and educational needs. Experience of personal care support is preferable.
