The Role

20 hours per week (4 hours per day - times to be agreed) (Monday to Friday)

Term time only (38 + 3 weeks to include all INSET days)

 Eastwood Nursery School is part of the Wandsworth Federation of Maintained Nursery Schools.  We are looking to appoint an experienced Administrative Assistant, with outstanding organisational skills, to support the Executive School Business Lead across a range of administrative functions.  This post is to cover maternity leave initially from as soon as satisfactory recruitment checks are obtained to 30 September 2022, although end date may change.

The successful candidate will need to have the required qualifications/experience in line with the person specification, have worked within an office or similar environment and have the ability to manage workloads under pressure, alongside meeting deadlines and prioritising a varied workload.

Confident use of the Microsoft Office suite is essential as well as excellent IT skills and the ability to use databases and other software packages.
