Ernest Bevin College is seeking a qualified School Nurse. This role will be assisted by Directors of Learning, Heads of Year, and Pastoral Support Managers and will report to the Directors of Learning.

The School Nurse will work across the college in education and health providing a link between school, home and the community. This role includes maintaining an up-to-date register of students’ medical conditions and emergency contacts, ensure medication is stored according to guidelines, and administer medication to students in line with parental and medical advice.

At GCSE the achievement of our boys outperforms every headline measure of boys for Local Authority Maintained schools. In 2020 our A*-C results at A Level improved by 12% and over 120 students from our mixed Sixth Form took up places at some of the finest universities in the country.
