The Role

36 hours per week
Term time only (39 weeks) including 5 Inset days
Monday and Friday 8.30 – 5.00 p.m.
Required from September 2020

The governors are looking for a hardworking, dynamic, proactive individual for the role of School Receptionist.

The role will involve being front of house for the school and directing multiple enquiries and liaising with the school administration team and support with tasks as they arise. Assist with pupil first aid and welfare duties. Register children for after school clubs, check out children to parents at the end of the sessions, following safeguarding procedures.

.The governors of this happy and thriving school are looking for an individual who has:

• experience as a Receptionist.
• ability to relate well to children and adults
• experience of general clerical/administrative work
• good oral and written communication skills
• ability to multitask and keep calm under pressure is essential
