Senior Business Support Officer

The Role

We are looking for a full time (36 hours per week, Monday to Friday) Senior Business Support Officer who will be part office based and also working from home. There may however be occasions where travel to the Richmond offices is required.

We work as a team and we are both positive and hardworking. When you join us, you will apply the same approach. This is a very varied job role and the ability to work under pressure is essential.

You must have:

  • First rate organisational and administrative skills
  • The ability to work in a busy office whilst paying attention to detail, and producing work of consistently high standard
  • Experience of minute taking
  • Must be familiar with Office 365 packages
  • An understanding of Data Protection and Freedom of Information Acts is desirable, however not essential
  • Experience of diary management is desirable, however not essential
  • Experience in dealing with phone calls from members of the public
  • Experience of administering central mailboxes and dealing with emails both internally and externally
  • Experience of complaints is desirable, however not essential
  • An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
