We are looking for a motivated and inspiring teaching assistant to join our team. This role would be suitable for a graduate considering a future career as a teacher.

You will know how to motivate and inspire children to learn. You will understand how to use formative and summative assessment to support pupil learning. You will have a genuine belief that all children have the potential for success.  You will understand how to effectively support children to make rapid and sustained progress and will be committed to making this happen.
