The Role

30 hours per week (10.30am - 5pm)
Term time only (39 Weeks) + 5 days
Required September 2019

Hillbrook is a large, vibrant and happy primary school in the heart of Tooting.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised and confident person to join our friendly and committed team.

This position would ideally suit someone who has the ability to inspire and motivate both colleagues and children.  You will give a warm and welcoming first impression and it is important for our school that you want to contribute to the growth and development of every child and to meet their individual needs.

Your responsibilities include:

• Delivering quality customer service to all visitors and pupils in a calm, efficient and professional manner
• Proficient telephone manner and IT skills
• Being reliable, punctual and consistent in your work
• Assisting with Extended Schools Services

Previous clerical experience is essential and school administration experience desirable.
