(Fixed Term to 30 April 2021 in the first instance)

Ernest Bevin College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, flexible and self-motivated Administration and Business Support Assistant. The successful candidate will work as part of a busy office team and will provide additional support to the School Business Manager and the Office Manager.

The post holder will need to have a high level of personal and professional organisational skills, self-motivation and flexibility in approach and attitude, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
The successful applicant will receive full support and guidance in developing the role. You must have an understanding of equal opportunities and be willing to work collaboratively. The post holder will be working with confidential information and will be expected to work within GDPR guidelines at all times.
The successful candidate(s) will join a team that will help to develop and hone the skills that enable you to have choices in your future pathway.
