Administrative Assistant

At this exciting time for the Pensions Shared Service we are looking for individuals with drive and accuracy to cover important areas of work, whilst the Service progresses to new automated processes.

The Pensions Shared Service is based in Wandsworth and runs the administration of the Local Government Pension Scheme for five London boroughs: Camden, Merton, Richmond, Waltham Forest and Wandsworth. 

No previous experience of pensions administration is needed. If you meet the essential criteria including English language and mathematics skills at least equivalent to ‘O’ level/GCSE standard or equivalent we will invite you for an assessment test to see whether you are suited to the role.

We will contact you again if you are selected for interview. The appointment is subject to satisfactory references and health clearance. 

Salary:           £18,771 - £22,083 per year

Duration:      Fixed term for twelve months

Hours:           36
