Hillbrook is a large, vibrant and happy primary school in the heart of Tooting.

We are looking for a professional, confident and enthusiastic person to join our friendly school admin team.

The post of Admissions & Attendance Officer will require: 

• The ability to work well as part of our admin team is essential.
• To work in partnership with our Education Welfare Officer to identify, track and monitor attendance and punctuality.
• Strong organisational skills and an excellent work ethic.
• The ability to communicate effectively on all levels with a wide range of people.
• Co-ordinate pupil admissions Reception to Year 6.
• To ensure accurate and precise records are kept.
• Working proactively in partnership with parents/carers, staff, and our EWO as well as other agencies to improve levels of attendance and punctuality.
• Being punctual, reliable, effective and consistent in your work
