Allocations and Mobility Officer

The Role

The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and London Borough of Wandsworth’s Shared Staff Arrangement are seeking to recruit an Allocations & Mobility Officer to join our diverse and friendly team in its effective and successful day-to-day allocation of settled accommodation to both Wandsworth and Richmond applicants.


We need an innovative person with attention to detail who can come up with solutions to allocate homes in accordance with our Allocation policy. To help those who wish to use our Mutual Exchange programme. To promote the many self-help housing opportunities available.


We need someone with the skills and abilities to deal sensitively with homeless families and single vulnerable people.
