About Us

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and experienced Teacher who is passionate about inclusion and has the desire to learn and grow in a Senior Leadership role. A sound understanding of how to support children with SEND is essential as is a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development. The successful applicant will be part of our Inclusion team as Assistant Head and work with the Deputy Head for Inclusion and other Inclusion team members to ensure the best outcomes possible are achieved for all of our children.
We are looking for someone who:
• Is an excellent and creative practitioner
• Has leadership experience and can apply this to a whole school context
• Has a proven record of expertise in Special Education Needs
• Is able to engage and communicate successfully with Parents & Carers
• Has a passion for children’s learning and development at all levels
• Is able to lead, inspire and motivate others
• Is able to use and interpret data and assessment effectively
• Has a proven track record of significant impact upon attainment of all pupils
• Has the ability to form positive relationships with the whole school community and outside agencies
• Has the highest possible standards and expectations of themselves and others
