This is a new and exciting opportunity to further develop our wonderful Early Years, consisting of a Nursery and two Reception Classes.
The Governors and Headteacher are seeking to appoint a passionate and inspirational professional with the vision, skills and ability to take a strategic role in the leadership and management of the school in partnership with the Deputy Headteacher and Headteacher.
Sellincourt Primary is a large multi-cultural primary school in Tooting Broadway, Wandsworth, London. We have a thriving Early Years department with a Nursery and two Reception Classes. We are a welcoming and inclusive school and also have a Hearing Impaired Unit, the Willow Centre, on site. The school is innovative and forward thinking in its approach to the curriculum with an ethos for encouraging and nurturing children’s curiosity, enthusiasm and independence for learning, whilst supporting children to achieve their best.
Applications are invited from experienced Early Years teachers with proven curriculum leadership, management skills and experience of children with special educational needs, through teaching and/or leadership.
You must also be able to demonstrate:

• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and inspire staff
• Able to develop outstanding practice in all colleagues
• High expectations of pupil attainment, behaviour and respect for others
