Bus Chaperone - Putney High School - GDST

The Role

Hours: Up to 18 per week

Contract: 0 Hours

Salary: £11.05 per hour

Required: June 2022

We require Bus Chaperones to be present on the school bus to support pupils under the age of 8.

We run 3 routes, these are Sloane Square, Richmond, and Wimbledon and need both the morning and afternoon trips covered. Applicants can propose routes and shift patterns and we will select suitable candidates based on their availability to ensure all routes are covered.

Morning start times and departure locations:

For the Sloane Square bus, the first stop is the TFL bus stop Sloane Square (Stop H) on Sloane Square SW1W 8AN departing at 07:30.

For the Richmond bus, the first stop is the TFL bus stop Compass Hill (Stop U) on Petersham Road TW10 6UW departing at 07:05.

For the Wimbledon bus, the first stop is the TFL bus stop Durham Road (Stop A) on Coombe Lane SW20 0AY departing at 07:33.

Afternoon start times and departure and drop off locations:

The buses depart from school at 16:00. You must arrive at the Junior School reception by 15:55.

Depending on which route you sign up to, will depend on what time you will finish. 

For the Sloane Square bus, the last stop is the TFL bus stop Stanhope Gardens (Stop GP) on Stan hope Gardens SW7 5RQ arriving at 16:45. 

For the Richmond bus, the last stop is the TFL bus stop Compass Hill (Stop P) on Petersham Road TW10 6UW arriving at 17:17.

For the Wimbledon bus, the last stop is the TFL bus stop Durham Road (Stop J) on Coombe Lane SW20 0AY arriving at 16:38.
