Wandsworth Children’s Service are looking to recruit a full-time permanent Business Support Officer to join our Safeguarding Standards team and help play a key role in achieving positive outcomes for children and young people!
About the role
This is a busy role and will suit those who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You will be working to the safeguarding business manager and conference chairs.
This role is integral to ensuring reviews for Looked After Children in Wandsworth take place. We are therefore looking for committed people who are confident and experienced administrators with excellent organisational skills, the ability to take concise minutes directly into Word using a keyboard and have a good understanding of data with experience of Excel up to an intermediate level.
The role also includes arranging reviews, ensuring all invitations and paperwork are sent out within timescales both pre and post conference and assist our Independent Review Officers with travel arrangements for external reviews.
Training opportunities will be available and previous experience of Social Cares Electronic Systems such as Mosaic is advantageous.
About you
