We are seeking an extremely well organised, proactive and professional Careers Advisor, with a minimum Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance.  As a vital member of our support staff team, you will be working closely with our Year 9 to Year 13 students, providing guidance and resources to assist them with their transition to the workforce or higher education.  

You will need to have previous experience of working with young people and a commitment to their best outcomes.

Chestnut Grove is a high performing, 11-18, multicultural school in Balham, South London, with a student capacity of 1300. We have completed a multi-million pound building programme, which has provided staff and students with a modern facilities. Our motto is a ‘Creative Learning Community’, demonstrating a commitment to providing our students with an innovative and exciting curriculum.
