We currently have vacancies at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre & Pools on the Park in Richmond.
Facilities at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre include a main pool, learner pool, fitness suite, spin studio, exercise studio and hydrotherapy pool. View our website at www.richmond.gov.uk/tpfc
Facilities at Pools on the Park include a main pool, teaching pool, outdoor pool, fitness suite, health suite, spin and class studios.
Both centres are open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of our management team supporting all departments (Pools, Fitness, Sales and Reception etc.) to ensure that the Centre runs smoothly.
Making sure that all of the facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us, will be a priority for you.

What we’ll need from you
You’ll need to be able to manage and supervise staff, have experience of working in a leisure / sporting or fitness environment and have a sporting / recreation or management qualification. You’ll also need to have a valid National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
Strong financial, admin and customer service skills are essential. You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.
What we can offer you
£11.69 per hour (plus holiday relief pay allowance on top of this).
We’ll offer you casual shifts which might involve working some daytime or evenings, both during the week and at weekends. Any shifts offered would be by mutual agreement, so you can always fit work in around your other commitments.
We also offer membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme.
