Casual Duty Managers (Teddington & Richmond)

The Role

CASUAL DUTY MANAGERS 
Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre and/or Pools on the Park, Richmond

£12.34 per hour plus holiday relief allowance

Where you’ll be working 
We currently have vacancies at:

- Pools on the Park, Richmond - facilities include a main pool, teaching pool, outdoor pool and grounds, fitness suite, studios and health suite.

- Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre - facilities include a main pool, learner pool, fitness suite, spin studio, exercise studio and hydrotherapy pool.   

What you’ll be doing 

You’ll be part of our management team supporting all departments (Pools, Fitness, Sales and Reception etc.) to ensure that the Centre runs smoothly.   

Making sure that all of the facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us, will be a priority for you.

What we’ll need from you 

You’ll need to be able to manage and supervise staff, have experience of working in a leisure / sporting or fitness environment and have a sporting / recreation or management qualification.   

The following qualifications are ESSENTIAL for this role.  Applicants who do not hold these qualifications will not be shortlisted: 

- National Pool Lifeguard qualification 
- Pool Plant Operator qualification 
- First Aid qualification 

 
Strong financial, admin and customer service skills are essential. You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.   

What we can offer you 

£12.34 per hour (plus holiday relief pay allowance on top of this hourly rate). 

We’ll offer you casual shifts which could involve working early mornings, daytime or evenings.  Any shifts offered would be by mutual agreement, so you can always fit work in around your other commitments.
