Casual Leisure Assistants (Lifeguards)
Richmond & Teddington
£10.75 per hour

Where you’ll be working
We have vacancies at our Centres in Teddington and Richmond. Both centres are open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

What you’ll be doing
Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective. Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience.

What we’ll need from you
You must be RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualified for this role and proof is required to progress your application. A first aid qualification and some experience would also be very desirable. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.

You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of a service.

You'll be offered a mix of shifts which may include early mornings, evenings and weekends.

£10.75 per hour plus holiday relief allowance on top of hourly rate.
