Where you’ll be working
We have vacancies at both Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre and Pools on the Park in Richmond. Both centres are open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.
What you’ll be doing
Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective. Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer service and ensuring facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience.

What we’ll need from you
You must be RLSS/IQL National Pool Lifeguard qualified for this role and proof will be required. Applicants who do not hold this qualification will be rejected.
A first aid qualification is needed and some experience would also be very desirable. Good communication and organisational skills are essential for this role.
You’ll also have good knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of a service.
You may be offered a mix of shifts which could include early mornings, evenings and weekends.

£10.75 per hour, plus holiday relief pay allowance on top of this hourly rate.
