Casual Receptionists (Phone Hub, SW14)

Where you’ll be working
You’ll be working at the “Phone Hub”, the telephone reception service for our Sports & Fitness Centres, based at Shene Sports & Fitness Centre, SW14 8AT. The Phone Hub currently operates on weekday mornings and afternoons, but we are possibly looking to extend these hours in the future to cover weekends and evenings.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of our front of house team, providing professional and friendly assistance with telephone and email bookings / enquiries and welcoming visitors in person to Shene Sports & Fitness Centre.
Taking bookings and payments using our computerised till system.
Delivering a high customer service and ensuring that every customer has a great experience will be your priority.

What we’ll need from you
You’ll have good communication and organisation skills, along with the ability to use a computerised till. Previous experience of working in an office / public service environment (paid or unpaid) is also desirable.
What we can offer you
£10.20 per hour (plus holiday relief pay allowance on top of the hourly rate)
Any shifts offered would be by mutual agreement, so you can always fit in work around your other commitments.
We also offer membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme.
