Where you’ll be working
We have vacancies for Casual Receptionists at Pools on the Park in Richmond. Facilities here include an outdoor heated pool, indoor main and teaching pools, fitness suite, cycle studio, exercise studio, health suite and outdoor grounds.  The centre is open to the public 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll join our front of house team, working hard to ensure that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us.
 
Providing professional and friendly assistance with bookings / enquiries and welcoming visitors to the centre. Taking payments, operating a computerised till and reconciling money.

What we’ll need from you
For this role, you MUST have experience of:
 - working in an office/admin or leisure environment
 - dealing with the public in a customer care/customer facing role
 - handing and reconciling money
 - using a computerised till/making financial transactions
 
You’ll also need excellent communication and organisation skills.
 
In addition, knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service are required.  

What we can offer you
£11.95 per hour (plus 12.07% holiday relief pay allowance on top of hourly rate).
 
The Centre is open 7 days a week and shifts are likely to include a mixture of early morning, daytime and evenings. Any shifts offered would be by mutual agreement, so you can always fit work in around your other commitments.
