Casual Sales Assistants (Pools),Teddington and Richmond

The Role

What you’ll be doing

We have vacancies at both Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre and at Pools on the Park in Richmond.

  • Facilities at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre include a main pool, learner pool, fitness suite, spin studio, exercise studio and a hydrotherapy pool. Full programme information online at www.richmond.gov.uk/tpfc

You’ll be part of our membership and sales team working on promoting all of our Sport & Fitness Centres in Whitton, Teddington, Hampton, Richmond and East Sheen.

You’ll be working on the promotion and sale of swimming and fitness memberships, promoting the Borough’s “Richmond Card” and all activities across our centres.  Giving prospective members a tour and advising them of the best offers will be a key part of your role, along with marketing and email correspondence.

What you’ll need to have

We’d like you to have previous experience of working in a health & fitness environment or have sales experience.

What we can offer you

£10.55 per hour (plus holiday relief pay allowance on top of hourly rate)

We’ll offer you casual shifts which might involve working some daytime or evenings, both during the week and at weekends.  Any shifts offered would be by mutual agreement, so you can always fit work in around your other commitments.

We also offer membership of the Local Government contributory pension scheme.
