Required for September 2024

We are looking to appoint an outstanding teacher with the suitable experience to lead our KS2 class from September 2024 onwards. We welcome applications from ECTs and experienced teachers.

St Mary’s CE Primary School is a successful and inclusive Church of England Primary School serving the local community – currently graded good by Ofsted and SIAMS.  You would be joining a friendly and hard-working staff team, working in partnership with our supportive families and committed Governing Body to provide our enthusiastic and well behaved children with high quality learning opportunities.

We are looking for a primary practitioner who:

•    Is a consistently outstanding teacher

•    Has passion and a proven track record and commitment to raising standards

•    Is enthusiastic and keen to progress

•    Is committed to school improvement

•    Is creative and innovative

•    Is able to motivate and inspire colleagues

•    Conveys a positive ‘can-do’ attitude!

•    May have a passion for the sciences and/or Physical Education

All applicants will be required to complete the SDBE application form containing questions about their employment history and their suitability for the role. Names and addresses of two referees should also be supplied.
