Your opportunity
Floreat Wandsworth Primary school is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and competent Cluster HLTA, willing to work hard and respond positively to the challenges of day to day school life. You will be innovative and creative in their engagement with children whilst recognising the diversity we have in our wonderful community. As a Cluster HLTA, you will work predominantly at Floreat Wandsworth however you will be required to work across the cluster.

What we are looking for
• HLTA qualification
• Experience of teaching whole classes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in delivering agreed learning intervention programs; adjusting activities according to pupil need to support and enrich learning
• Ability to deliver pastoral support within the school to address the needs of pupils who need help to overcome barriers to learning.
• Experience in behaviour and anger management strategies

Along with Floreat Wandsworth Primary School our cluster includes the following other schools: The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Warren Mead Infant and Junior Schools, Cuddington Croft Primary School, Danetree Primary School.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Salary: Specialist Grade/ Point 6-7
FTE: £24,964 - £25,198
Actual Salary: £22,371 - £22,580
Hours of work: Term Time, 37.5 hours per week
