Deputy Centre Manager (Early Help Support)

Our Children’s Service are looking to recruit a dynamic and enthusiastic Deputy Centre Manager to join our Wandsworth Youth Service to support us in achieving positive outcomes for children and young people!

Our aim is to provide a safe environment for the children/young people of Wandsworth. Through this we aspire to enable them to reach their full potential, develop skills for life, enjoy healthy lifestyles, and be happy and active members of the community.

About the team

We have a small enthusiastic staff team at Kimber Skatepark. They are passionate about providing a service for local families, through encouraging engagement in active pursuits and creative events.

About the role

To demonstrate a level of organisation to manage the daily/weekly duties of the site, also liaising with the team in order to ensure they are completed. To support the team in delivering a range of activities for our families to engage with.

Key requirements for the role include:

  • An ability to manage a team to ensure standards of the service are being met.
  • An ability to organise the weekly duties and delegate to the relevant staff.
  • A positive attitude regarding learning the site procedures.
  • A warm and personable demeanour to welcome a variety of visitors.
