The Role
Required for April 2023 - Summer Term start
Griffin Primary School is looking for an inspirational Deputy Head Teacher to join our team from April 2023 following the promotion of one of our current Deputies.
We are looking for an inspirational Leader with experience/ a passion for developing the Curriculum.
Griffin is a delightful one-form entry school situated in the middle of our community and located close to the centre of London and we benefit from so many enrichment opportunities within the city.
Our Curriculum is designed to support our students to experience outside, creative and hands-on learning within a positive culture. We are on a wonderful improvement journey and making rapid progress.
Our Learning Model is exciting and helps our students to be World Ready & Test Ready.
We pride ourselves on delivering a highly creative and rich curriculum (details of which can be found on our website, www.griffinprimary.co.uk)
At the centre of our vision is our Inside Out concept, exploring students’ place in the world and some wonderful outdoor learning. It is a very exciting time to join Griffin - we have a beautiful Forest School onsite - our Forest in the City and wonderful new Library created by the Book Trust!
We are part of a Federation with Greenside, our partner academy and proud members of The Elliot Foundation MAT. This brings huge opportunities for collaboration and professional development and shared ways of working.
Leaders are exceptionally well supported to help them to develop as strong practitioners and make a difference to the lives of our students and families.
