We are looking to appoint a new colleague with the strategic vision necessary to help us in our quest for the continual improvement of our school.  This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our effective and supportive leadership team. The successful candidate will have a year or so to learn how we do things at Graveney, by working on one or more aspects of school life that suits their particular skills and experience, before taking over the leadership of KS4 on the retirement of the current incumbent.
