Deputy Temporary Accommodation and Procurement Manager

About Us

Are you a forward-thinking property professional who is looking for a new challenge? We are seeking to recruit three dynamic and innovative Managers who can lead a diverse team of officers and technical staff to deliver a high-quality performing customer focussed front line service.
 
You will be managing a Team that is responsible for sourcing and allocation of all emergency placements of accommodation to aid in the prevention of homelessness Providing applicants with housing options in the private sector and assisting in maintaining a healthy supply of affordable temporary accommodation and managing the provision of temporary accommodation for the council. 
 
As with many other Boroughs in the capital, tackling homelessness is a high priority and we are looking for one highly motivated, members of staff to join our growing of Temporary Accommodation Procurement and Lettings Team.
 
If so, this is a unique opportunity to work for a ground-breaking shared staffing structure across both boroughs.
 
We want a self-motivated manager who has a track record of leading teams, ensuring targets are exceeded, through effective team development and management.
