Where you’ll be working
You’ll join the team at Pools on the Park in Richmond, TW9 2SF.
Facilities here include indoor main and teaching pools, heated outdoor pool and grounds, fitness suite, health suite, café and two studio spaces.
The Centre is open 7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll be part of our management team supporting all departments (Pools, Fitness, Sales and Reception etc.) to ensure that the Centre runs smoothly.
Making sure that all facilities are clean, safe and staffed, so that every customer has a great experience when they visit or contact us, will be a priority for you.

What we’ll need from you
You’ll need to be able to manage and supervise staff, have experience of working in a leisure / sporting or fitness environment and have a sporting / recreation or management qualification. You’ll also need to have a valid RLSS National Pool Lifeguard qualification.
Strong financial, admin and customer service skills are essential. You’ll also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety issues and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of service.
The set shift pattern for this post involves working 8 hours every weekend as follows:
- Saturdays 2pm to 6pm
- Sundays 2pm to 6pm
What we can offer you
Full time equivalent starting salary is £23,167pa. The actual salary range is £5,148 to £6,238pa for 8 hrs per week. Starting salary subject to qualifications and experience.
