EYFS Leader & Class Teacher - Smallwood Primary School & Children’s Centre

The Role

Required from September 2019

Smallwood Primary school has a Language Resource Base and Children’s Centre, conveniently situated close to Earlsfield mainline station and Tooting Broadway underground. We are a school moving forward with purpose to improve the quality of teaching and learning with a commitment to raising standards.
We are seeking to appoint a full time permanent class leader to join our friendly and dedicated team. In addition to classroom responsibilities, the EYFS leader’s overriding responsibility will focus on raising the standards of learning and teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Applications are invited from teachers with knowledge and skills in Early Years Foundation.

We are looking for teachers that are:
• inspirational and highly effective in the classroom;
• passionate about enabling every child to fulfill their potential;
• able to contribute to, and work, as part of a team
• creative in their approach to children's learning
• minimum off 3 years teaching experience

All shortlisted candidates will be observed teaching.

The candidates will be positive and enthusiastic in their approach and will seek to provide the opportunity for the children they are working with to achieve their full potential, both academically and socially.

16th May 2019 at 9.30am & 5pm
17th May2019 at 9.30am & 5pm
