Early Years Practitioner – Permanent Post x 3 - Eastwood Day Nursery

The Role

Full-Time 36 hours per week Monday to Friday: (Shifts between7.45am - 6.15pm)
THIS IS AN ALL-YEAR ROUND POSITION IN OUR DAY NURSERY

We are looking to recruit three Early Years Practitioners for Eastwood Day Nursery.  You will be responsible to the Day Nursery Manager and Team Leaders in supporting the development and learning of children aged 8 weeks to 5 years. You will be part of a dynamic team of practitioners committed to the delivery of high-quality early years’ care and education in partnership with parents and carers.

In addition to developing your personal and professional role as an Early Years’ Practitioner, you will have the following personal attributes and experience or skills and qualifications

  • NNEB certificate, NVQ level 3 or BTEC in Child Care (2-year course) or equivalent childcare level 3 qualification
  • Knowledge of the EYFS
  • Good communication skills with an ability to record and report on children’s progress in writing and verbally
  • Experience of working with children aged 0-5 years.
