Enablement Support Worker - Adults Mental Health

The Role

We are looking for an Enablement Worker  to join the Mental Health Reviews, Accommodation and Projects Team.

The Enablement Worker will work closely with our Senior Occupational Therapist (SOT) to maximise the independence of adults placed in  mental health residential and supported living settings by Richmond and Wandsworth Council. 

The role is focussed on working closely with adults with mental health needs to increase  their confidence, resilience  and independent living skills. as well as  supporting  families and placement staff.   It will also involve undertaking the reviews of adults who are receiving existing packages of care.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working creatively to set meaningful and achievable goals with adults who have diverse needs and whose mental health may fluctuate.
