About Us
We are looking for an experienced, and professional FM Performance Officer, with a proven track record of delivery in a complex multi-site environment able to complete across a diverse, non- housing estate.
This is a dynamic service that brings a fresh approach to Facilities Management with the team operating across both Richmond and Wandsworth Councils bringing a unique employment opportunity.
You will be responsible for providing a professional customer focused FM Performance service to SSA customers, acting as a one stop shop for all FM administration, Finance, and helpdesk related support for enquiries, by using the Concerto CAFM system & Integra finance system to receipt and process invoices and raise orders. Provide high quality customer service and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by owning, prioritising, allocating and processing the financial requests for FM Performance support from receipt to completion.
