We are looking for an outstanding HR Administrator with excellent organisational and administration skills, who can work flexibly and under pressure in a fast paced environment. Competency in the use of IT and HR Systems is essential as is a methodical approach to work.
The HR team provides a comprehensive HR function to three schools and the successful applicant will support the HR team, in all the day to day administration functions. This will include related and routine administrative tasks for recruitment, compliance and safeguarding checks, with particular emphasis on ensuring that all records are maintained accurately in a timely manner. Applicants will have a “can and will do” work ethos and not be phased by conflicting demands. You will be working with a small, supportive and friendly HR team and a great Trust to work for.
